Terms & Conditions

To book in for a shoot at Nice Images, we supply a booking form to fill in. This is for the client to list all shooting/styling requirements as well as format/supply information.

Time
9:30 – 5:30
10:00 – 6:00

Please note all overtime beyond above hours will be charged at time and a half.

Coding
Please specify coding requirements, which will need to be consistent:

Editing on shoots
Completion of final edit, required on day of shoot

Client correspondence *Please note is it not the responsibility of Nice Images to correspond with third parties, i.e., graphic design companies.

*Please note the kitchen and is for staff usage only. If you require tea and coffee through out the shoot please inform us.

*Please note any changes made at a later date and those that are not stated on booking form will be charged for.

Cancellation under 24 hours before shoot will incur a 100% fee charge, between 24-48 hours a 50% charge and anything earlier advised, will not be chargeable

Usage right are stated on the booking form , any further usage can be agreed with Nice.

Payment within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
